I'll start with the negative. GOLFCARTS. Too many, underage drivers and they follow their own set of rules. They stop in the middle of the road to chat even though their are vehicles behind them but then don't stop for stop signs with alcohol in plain sight. They travel the streets constantly with radios blaring, pull out in front of large motor homes and people walking. They should put a limit on golfcarts and enforce some rules.
The sites are spacious and ours had a shelter. Some sites have cement pads but no shelter. We were very close to the wonderful beach. They sell icees right by one of the beach entrance. The indoor pool never seemed to be crowded, The outdoor pool was large and several splash play areas. The lazy river was crowded except for adult time 4:30 to 5:30, yet once again rules were lax.
Large laundry and store. Arcade and several other activities. A food truck is present most of the week with outdoor seating. Bath house near us looked newly remolded but often needed some cleaning. With the amount of people it needs to be cleaned more than once a day. Campground is close to shops and stores. Next time we will choose a different campground.More
