We were in Cookeville to visit family for the 1st time. I was looking for a nice, newer, clean hotel with an indoor pool. I came across this hotel and we were not dissapointed. It's only 7 years old and it's very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a pack n play for our 2 year old. It was a nice, clean room. We used the indoor pool once and everyone enjoyed that. And we also had their free breakfast. It was great! There were lots of options and it was really good. The girl that was working that area, kept everything clean and fully stocked.
We will Definately stay here again next time!

Our family had three rooms here on Christmas night. The property was clean, quiet, and had a heated indoor pool that was a big hit with the kids. Breakfast included hot items as well as the standard fruit, cereal, etc. The property is far enough from the interstate to be quiet (at least where we were), yet close enough for easy access and within a very short drive of numerous restaurants. (In addition to all the chains, Cookeville has some good local restaurants in the downtown area - about 5 minutes drive.) We will use for future trips to Cookeville.

Nice rooms. Very comfortable beds. Rooms can be a little noisy, but we're a lot of family's staying here at the end of that week sure that contributed to the noise. But the room was comfortable and the beds too. Breakfast was pretty good. Front desk people were nice and so was the GM. It was nice they remembered my name and greeted when I walked in. Will stay here again when in cookeville.

Was surprised to learn this Fairfield was several years old, overall it's very well kept! The staff including housekeeping was very pleasant. Did not stay for breakfast, had to rush out, but overall I would highly encourage folks to stay here if visiting or driving through Cookeville.

When I got to the hotel to check in, I had to wait 15 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. When he did arrive, he looked terrible! He could hardly perform his functions. It took him 45 minuted to get me keys to unlock my room doors. I went back downstairs twice before he got me a key that worked in another room. First impressions mean a lot, and this definitely set the tone for the stay. Once I got to my room, I was exhausted and wanted to sleep. The parking lot lights shined through my room darkening shades that didn't close all of the way. I went to the closet and got the extra blanket to cover the window so that I could get some sleep. As a Platinum Premier Member, I stay at many hotels and this one could be great if a few changes are made. I like the location since I was heading from Nashville to Knoxville for a meeting.

Room tip: Get a room on the top floor away from the elevators facing the back of the property.

Steven W. I am so sorry for the check in experience you had and I have already taken steps to correct this from ever happening again. The is not the type of standard we usually give to our customers. I am also checking the black out shades to make sure they are fixed. I will be adding points to your account for your inconvenience. We always appreciate our Platinum Premier members and are willing to do what it takes to make sure you have the best possible experience.
