Bright new suites, gorgeous lobby inside and outside, over and above on complimentary breakfast. Price is always competitive with lesser hotels nearby, and perfectly located to Cool Springs shopping district. Cant beat it in this area.

While attending a conference in Nashville we stayed here and William Wade and Jordain Carter were phenomenal! They were nice, helpful and energetic! We were also traveling with a baby and I loved that they had high chairs available! 10/10 would stay here again!

Hotel was easy to get to. Food options near by. Hotel was cean and great front desk service. Gym is one of the better ones of all hotels chains if youre into fitness. Its also great that the hotel allows pets.

The hotel is nicely equipped with mid size fridge and dishes for longer stays. The one unfortunate thing, at least for the other couple travelling with us, there are no king beds. The hotel was clean and close to Franklin where we were visiting. The breakfast does not have any buffet type hot food but provides wrapped packages to put into a microwave. I tried a bagel with egg and sausage and wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Higher numbers on the floors are further from the elevator.

So, this was the best rates I could find a week before coming here after we changed travel plans. The good news is it’s close to Franklin, it’s new, has a full-size refrigerator and microwave and real dish-ware. The not so good news is the bed is really not a queen size bed. Hey, we have a queen size bed at home. They must have used Queen Victoria as a model for this. It’s not that comfy either. The room is rather Spartan. The best part is they designed a bathroom were the door can’t be closed because it hits the toilet. Wow. What a screw up. This is probably good for a single business traveler staying in the area for an extended period of time. Now we know how the Home2 concept works-not that well.
