OLA!!! Hotels number 1 Manager - she's great! She really does know her stuff - greeted us on our first day with two glasses of complimentary pink bubbly and spent time with us on our last.

Nothing here is too much trouble - We both loved out stay. Our's was an apartment - with again all the stuff a weary traveller could ask for tea, coffee milk and complimentary fruit basket.

the place is great for relaxing in the late afternoon a bottle or two of red and just watching the world go by.

I would also recommend the breakfasts - incredibly competitive prices.

It truly is a five star experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Mark

This is honestly one of the most amazing hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. The decor in the hotel is really lovely, all rooms are so luxurious, white company toiletries in the bathroom with robes and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities and fridge and they are so grand, chandeliers, huge windows with lovely views and seating area, on top of all that the beds are unbelievably comfortable!
The location is amazing, its about a 5-10 minute walk into St. Aubin with perfect sea views and a really lovely pool area too. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel. There are a selection pastries, fruit and jams and there is waiter service with a variety of specials on top of the main menu. The staff are so friendly, you get a free pick up from the airport and a glass of champagne on arrival. Wherever you want to go the staff will take you if they are free. Being a travel agent I have high expectations but this hotel I was blown away, it comes highly recommended and I will definitely be going back.

I hesitated in writing this review as we don't want to find the place fully booked when we return to the island....... that said it is clear that almost everyone that has stayed at this hotel feels the same as the reviews are consistently great.

The people running Le Haule Manor really know how to run a hotel. Of course the big things matter such as well proportioned rooms that are really clean through to the excellent breakfast with superb daily specials. However the small things also set this place apart and these include the cold water upon pickup and the White Company toiletries in the bathroom.

All the staff try really hard to make your stay as good as possible and a mention to Peter who we thought must have had a twin brother as he was everywhere when on duty.

The property has been recently decorated and looked great.

One final point is that the staff are unobtrusive and the atmosphere was like similar to a private country house stay which made you feel very special

My husband and I were recommended this hotel by our friends who have stayed here many times...Wow...it is a superb hotel..on the beach front almost with amazing views accross the bay.. spotlessly clean..staff excellent and the breakfasts were just lovely...with a special on every morning which I had a few times and was delicious...Ola and all the staff could not be anymore attentive....we stayed in Room 4 which was a little small but I felt was swamped by large wardrobes...which were not necessary for a room that size...but it had a fabulous sea view and, for a weeks stay was perfect. It was our first holiday in Jersey and we will be returing to the Hotel again..

A very warm welcome beginning with a car pick up at the airport with a really friendly driver who provided us with a nice cold bottle of water and told us a little bit about the island.
The reception staff were attentive and apologised because our shower was broken; they did what they could to resolve it but it wasn't to be and all other rooms were full so we agreed upon a discount and complimentary drinks.

The room was spacious, comfortable with good pillows and a mattress. There were bathrobes and slippers in addition to pool towels, which were changed every day. The outdoor pool was heated and the loungers just right with waiter service for drinks and poolside snacks.

We used the lounge in the basement to catch up on some rugby on Sky TV and the upper lounger to enjoy an evening drink looking out over the beach/bay.

St Aubin is a ten minute walk with loads to choose from in terms of food and drink, a pretty harbour and a small train to get to St Hellier if you don't fancy the 3 mile walk.

A lovely hotel, which we will definitely return to in the future, very clean and great breakfast!
