Great hotel, great staff, superb location but the Spanish food was disappointing. The Sprats in tomato sauce were hard and over cooked and the paella was very wet with very little sea food. The rice was very pudding like. We thought may be a sweet would follow the buffet but it was not to be.There was no atmosphere, a little piped Spanish music would have helped, better still a Spanish guitarist would have set the evening off with a swing. However good company made it a good evening despite the hotels short comings.
