We came across the river by the tiny ferry boat from Greenway having been recommended to visit the cafe by my sister in law. It was busy and the waiter said he was sorry but he only had a table in the sunshine left (it was a hot day). It turned out to be a table right on the balcony with fabulous views so he really had no need at all to apologise! Service was quick and we chose haddock and fries between us. This promptly arrived and was delicious. A very large piece of beautiful fish, light crispy batter and even crispier fries, plus an outstanding home made tartar sauce. All washed down with a very nice glass of wine and local cider. The only reason we've not scored it 5 is that it is a tad expensive, but it is a lovely place to eat. Well worth a visit.
