We had booked for 5 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were given a beautiful family room overlooking the sea which we loved. On the day of our anniversary, we arrived back late afternoon to find a bottle of wine, 2 wine glasses and a card! Such a lovely surprise and it made our day. Can not recommend highly enough. Thankyou

I booked this hotel for my Birthday treat! Which was to go to the River Exe Cafe for an evening meal. The Hotel is well placed along the Exmouth Sea Front, has its own restaurant bar, and is used by holiday makers for a weeks holiday. It suited us fine, one drawback is the parking arrangements, (a) you have to pay £3 a night and (b) there is limited parking which is not bookable! Otherwise the usual Premier Inn, Staff friendly and helpful, breakfasts getting more expensive but quite good.

Room Tip: ask for a sea view

Hotel was situated by the sea with excellent views out to sea, the rooms were up to the usual standard which were clean and very comfortable all staff were friendly and very professional.
The food in the restaurant was very good at a reasonable price, can t wait to stay here again.

We had a one night stay in a family room, 2 adults, our 4 yr old and our 9 mth old daughters. Room was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. 4yr old loved her little camp bed. The travel cot was substantial and even had a sheet in it. We were encouraged at check in to take the meal package and we did but then were told the earliest table for us was 7.45pm which was too late with our children. We ended up ordering food and fetching it to eat it in our room. Shame they had ran out of avocados as the pate wasn't great. There was a bit of confusion over my 4yr old's meal and it not being a meal deal which was just weird. However the two girls working there couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast the following morning was very good. Fresh and lots of choices. Our baby loved it! Parking was in their own car park behind the hotel at £3 for 24hrs. One weird thing was we had no mobile signal in the room and my husband and I are on different networks and neither of us did. The free wi-fi kept dropping out too. I like Premier Inn as a one night venue but little things like an extra mug for our 4yr old would have been useful. Families could also benefit from a none stick bathmat ( slidy baby in the bath), a step up to the sink etc. A fridge in the room would have been useful as would access to a microwave had we needed to sterilise bottles. Would recommend and it did have a great sea view!
