We booked a couple nights in May on our month long visit to Scotland in a ‘Deluxe King’ room at the Station Hotel which is a charming, small hotel. Our room, #201 did not have a king bed but rather a queen(?). This really wasn’t an issue as a queen was fine with us and the room would never have been able to fit a king bed!! Unfortunately as tastefully decorated and accessorized as the room is, it was very cramped and small. There wasn’t a luggage rack because there was no room for one. The room is great if you arrive with carry-on bags, not so great if you have a couple pieces of luggage plus carry-on.

Wi Fi signal is excellent, there is no A/C so summer may be warm but it was fine during our stay. There is a fan in the room. Parking is easy on the street. Housekeeping staff are excellent – no problem requesting Kleenex for the room. Everything is spotless. Breakfast is comprised of a menu that includes eggs benedict, traditional Scottish breakfast, omelet, porridge, fruit bowl, etc. The bar area has a vast array of whiskies to try and it is an inviting room. There isn't a lot of choice in this area of Scotland for accommodation.

I visited with my daughter and partner for an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. The food was incredible and the staff went above and beyond with their service. If you are in the area you must visit

This a gem of hotel convenient to many of Speyside’s best distilleries. The hotel has spacious rooms with muted decor and local art. The free breakfast was incredible. There is an all day lunch menu and the delicious dinner menu has many local ingredients. The staff is kind and helpful. There are nice walking trails along the river. Best of all is the hotel’s 500+ whisky collection, available 24 hours! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Convenient parking right across the street. Note that there are stairs to all rooms, no lift.

After a family event all gathered here for a private finger buffet lunch . The quality of everything provided was just excellent , everyone enjoyed it and I’d be hard put to recall such a high standard finger buffet with its home made high standard sandwiches , sausage rolls , mini quiches , confectionary and more . The service was discrete and helpful . I also had a lunch snack in the bar on a different occasion which was good although small quantity for the price. Overall a place to return to for food .

Had a lovely evening meal at the Hotel. A faultless experience, staff, food, location fantastic. Furnished to a very high standard with comfortable surroundings. We were looked after extremely well by Georgia and Lonach. The hotel is highly reccomended when in and around the Speyside region.
