We have stayed here a few times with our grandson, who is 6 and always enjoy our stay however although the rooms are clean and fresh, our balcony needs the decking looked at very spongy and very very slippery. There are weeds growing and moss on it. As usual the staff we very friendly (especially the guy who had only been working there for a week, we done ✅). Lunch and evening meal were really nice. I.e. Steak pie, sausages and mash, nachos, fish and black pudding fritters. We were looking forward to our breakfast as this is usually beautiful however we were really disappointed, plates were extremely hot but food was look warm, bacon had obviously been heated up because we couldn't cut it, our grandson tried eating using his hands but to hard. Very very disappointed.
