Lovely b and b. The landlady was very welcoming, greeting us with cake and a hot drink upon our arrival. The twin room was lovely and spacious, with a small television and hot drink making facilities. The breakfast was a full english, inc toast, cereals, fruit. The location is ideal for whw walkers - just a few mins walk off the way, next to all the other b&bs. Highly rec'd.

My wife and I stayed at the Lander B&B on the first night of hiking the West Highland Way, having done 12 miles from Milngavie. The welcome from Frances was perfect, a nice cuppa and a scone. The room was spacious enough for my wife and I, and as we discovered as we continued hiking there is a major benefit to twin rooms rather than having a double. Breakfast was excellent, and throughout our time in Drymen, it was like being at home. Whenever we plan to be in Drymen again, we will stay at Lander, it is highly recommended.

If you love homely welcomes, home -cooked breakfast in a homely kitchen with home made preserves and plenty of conversation with Frances, your host, them this is the place for you. What a lovely welcome but don't expect 4 star accommodation. It's clean and basic with shared facilities and just 2 bedrooms but Frances and David and the warmth of the place make up for any deficiencies. The garden is beautiful and Frances has a real passion for her plants. I loved it here.

This was our second time staying here and as last time couldn't fault it warm welcome from Francis the owner. This bnb is a great base for the night if you are doing the west highland way or visiting Drymen next to shops pubs and restaurants. The bnb itself has toilets shower tv and good beds and the breakfast is excellent we aslo got a packed lunch made up and was very good aswell hope to go back next year again

We stayed with David and Frances on 11/10/15 and if it wasn't for the WHW I would have never left the comfort of their beautiful home! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with such warmth, offered tea and biscuits, advised Mrs landers was only in the next room so free to help with anything we needed. The rooms were stocked with everything we needed and more and the beds are cosy and comfy. Breakfast was a feast of homemade delights and filled us ready for our next day of walking. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and truly mean it when I say I hope to stay again. Wish you lots of success Frances and David.
