Went to Driftwood in Stranraer with friends today for lunch. It was a bitterly cold day, but once inside it was warm and the staff were all smiles and welcoming.
The menu was varied and the food was well cooked, nicely presented and delicious. Despite the generous portions, we couldn't resist the desserts and we weren't disappointed!
From four very happy customers who will be back soon, thank you!

Came in with a large group today and once again had delicious food at a reasonable price. Best value is the wine by the bottle! Love this place. Well done everyone x

I called in today for the first time, to try the new vegan menu which launched this morning. I had a lovely warm welcome on arrival!

The vegan options are interesting and all very appealing. In the end I chose the puy lentil and bean chilli with garlic bread. It was yum!!! And just the right level of spiciness on a freezing cold day.

The restaurant was full when I left at around 1.15pm so I recommend booking in advance.

What a wonderful dining experience, by a very talented chef and his team at Driftwood. I have eaten in a few fine dining restaurants and this menu woukd not have looked out of place in any of them. Callum is a local chef, with a passion for good food. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and it wont belong before we are back!

Went to Driftwood last night for the 7 course special venison menu. What a great night. Meal was up there with the best I have ever eaten. Service was great. Left feeling stuffed. Was worth every single penny and more. Cant wait for the next one. Thanks to everyone.
