Stayed with family for Wedding

We went here for a family Wedding and stayed from Friday 1st Dec 2022 to the following Monday 5th Dec 2022.
We had been advised the room wasn't available until 3pm....but we turned up at 1pm and they let us into the room straight away.
We had free parking in the ample car park across the road.
The room was lovely with a gorgeous sea view that we hadn't even asked for.
The room was spacious, with good storage space and the bathroom had the best Power Shower I have ever had!!
The food was delicious (the Chefs don't believe in small portions) and the bar prices were pretty reasonable, compared to other Hotels we've stayed in.
Housekeeping was very good, with both the room and bathroom spotless.....plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries.
All the staff were lovely....from the Reception, the Bar staff, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping.....everyone was so friendly and obliging.
All in all....a VERY enjoyable stay.....would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel and would certainly return.

Above and beyond

The hotel location was stunning, we were lucky to be upgraded to a sea view and the view did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and was clean and had a lovely fresh smell to it.
The staff were so friendly they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was top notch could not fault it. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you so much

Great hotel for the price

Great hotel for the price. Right on the coastline and close to town. Jo on reception was amazing. Couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Good selection of cocktails and a good breakfast. Constructive criticism would be to put reflective film on windows in the pool as very visible from the road.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff!!!!

The staff were very rude on arrival! I booked a night stay for my partners birthday and the whole day was ruined by the rude staff we didn’t even stay the night we asked for a refund and left!
The staff at reception were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Asked to speak to a manager there was apparently no one available! Room was okay nice sea view shame about the very unwelcoming staff who made everything feel like it was to much to ask for!

Thank you Lucy for your review. Im sorry that your stay did not go to plan. I understand you had lost your card and your apple pay was not working and you only had a photo of a card on your phone as payment. You had no other means to pay for the room, so we took payment from the photo and you signed for the payment for the hotel room. When using the bar, unfortunatly as the card details on the image did not match the address given to where the card was registered to, we were unable to take any more payments using this method, and could only accept cash. Your partner became very agitated and was shouting and swearing at staff so we ended up refunding you and you left. We wish you many happy and safe travels in the future. Kind Regards,

Amazing hotel.

Our family went on a pre booked trip to the Pontins. Upon arrival we almost died. The worse place we have ever stayed. We stayed the first night and quickly found the Beaches hotel on booking.com. The hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were immaculate. Bed comfortable and hot showers. The hotel food was amazing and reasonably priced. The breakfast was included and was perfect. The service and the staff were super friendly. Not one complaint. Thanks for a great time.!!!
