A very well presented and furnished Federation Guest House. The house and gardens were very well maintained and our hosts were very friendly. Our room was very clean and warmed before our arrival. The shared drawing room was comfortable. Great cooked breakfast was included.

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at Heytesbury House. Booking was easily, the house and gardens spectacular and our room was very clean and cosy.
Kathryn and Andrew are amazing hosts, who allowed us to utilise the home as our own and made yummy breakfast for us in the morning.
We felt very spoilt.
Throughout the building you can learn the history of the old hospital, a highlight for me was reading accounts of people who wrote their own 'i remember' story about being born in the hospital and/or had procedure.

Room tip: Quiet and cosy

This was a peaceful 2 night stay in a fantastically restored house. I was greeted by Kathy and Andrew who both made me feel very welcome. The room was tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. Some time relaxing in their beautiful gardens was most enjoyable.
Well done, I will definitely return for another stay.

Wonderful owners, Kathryn and Andrew were so welcoming, made sure my room was warm and toasty(just what you need on a chilly spring night). breakfast was fabulous, many options to choose from. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing, morning coffee in the front was lovely.
