We've been here before when it was under different ownership, and have always really liked the feel of this place - it's comfortable, welcoming and open when all else in town seemed to be closed. We both enjoyed our meals and the friendly service, and will definitely be back when next in Inverloch.

Absolutely the best dinner we had in Australia so far, Masterchef worthy!!! Recently the place was taken over by the chef of the restaurant, changing the name to Pony. Everything was good: service excellent, food outstanding, wine to die for and even the bathroom made an impression on me. Clean and with the best smelling soap.
We sampled the tapas, the pumpkin salade is a must try, and had crispy pork belly, fried seasoned cauliflower and too yummy scallops. Desert was a chocolate orange pie. Truly a can't miss if you're in town place. Thump up guys!!!!

My third visit to the Black Sheep and it continues to impress. Thursday night there is a tapas special and it is amazing value.

The tapas is seriously among the best I have ever had - so delicious and inventive flavour combinations. The beef cheek with aniseed flavours is a must, just melts in your mouth.

The wine list is very good and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

If you find yourself in Inverloch do yourself a favour and visit this hidden gem.

This was the second visit to the area and having visited here last time we made a bee line to get a great coffee after the drive. Once again it didn’t disappoint. Lovely strong coffee and service with a smile. Thoroughly recommended
