This a great family resort, it has as many things to keep the kids happy. Rooms have basics for an enjoyable stay, its an older resort but they do try to keep things modern, it is a timeshare resort. Has a Chinese restaurant on site. Lots if tourists activities within 30 minutes drive.

Other than the 80's look and feel of the rooms themselves (which look like they need a knockdown and rebuild) this place is not too bad for a family of four but a bit pokey for a family of six. There is enough activities such as the mini golf course, tennis courts and pool to keep the kids occupied but if you want to be close to the beach then this place is not for you as you need a car to get to the beach (good luck finding parking in peak season). The rooms were clean and everything seemed to work ok. Not enough room on the couches for six people - but that seems to be the way with most places with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for the kids. Don't market these places as suitable for six guests if they don't have enough basic furniture to make your guests comfortable! The one thing that really irked though was management's explanation for the $2 per towel fee for pool towel cleaning. It's the first time that I have been hit up for this type of thing. Allegedly it's one of their ways of keeping owner levies down (yeah right).

I stayed a week here as husband working and unable to accompany me. I felt secure and safe.....revisited lots of familiar favorite spots along the peninsula and generally relaxed. Studio had all I required. ...bed in the open area but "fenced off" with a low half-wall. Shower good, bed ok (not as good as my own but most beds aren't! ). Resort quiet....I didn't use facilities but location was great - easy to get to all tourist places. Plenty of linen in the room, heating and cooling effective. I had a positive stay here. It's not the top end of the market but fine for what I needed

Affiliated with RCI, DAE and Wyndham time shares, this club resort is located central in the tourism area of the Mornington Peninsular - only a 30min drive to Mornington, Hastings or Fort Nepean
A great location to come back each evening after short day trips or just to 'chill out' to enjoy the facilities.
Relax in the pool, enjoy a game of squash, outdoor or undercover tennis or the games room. An onsite shop/cafe or Chinese restaurant you need not travel too far for a meal
This is a holiday.

This resort is perfectly located for access to all the tourism activities on the Peninsula.
As recommended, we did need a car in order to purchase food etc nearby, and to enjoy the nearby attractions.
All pools and facilities were fully operational.
Staff were extremely helpful in providing service and recommendations.
I highly recommend this property.

Room tip: All rooms are well located.
