We had a great experience in this hotel. It's quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's well maintained. The rooftop pool is relaxing and very clean. It's conveniently located. My husband and I were here for his business, but I think this would also be the perfect option for families with kids.

Amazing and wonderful trip to Nashville, and we owe a lot of the credit to the caring and awesome staff here! Lisa is our hero!!! She helped us plan our first two days of vacation! Asked us what we wanted to see, mapped it out, and made suggestions! We listened. We loved every second! Thank you so so much for your kindness and help!

All staff were super helpful and friendly. Jacklyn our waitress in the Great Room was extremely pleasant and helpful as was Mervenne at the front desk and Jonathan driving the shuttle. These people made our stay feel special and they treated us like family. If you need something they will make it happen for you with ease. The complimentary shuttle was great. They will happily drop you off at your destination and will return to pick you up with a simple phone call. Five Star experience.

Checking in was a breeze!
Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly & helpful from the front desk to the room attendants.

The hotel is modern looking and very comfortable. The room was on the smaller side but was recently updated. Nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't have the greatest view out our window but that's alright. We were facing the parking garage but were able to keep an eye on our car. Speaking of our car, it's outrageous how much they charge to park per day...wow.

The Bistro in the hotel is a bit pricey. There are many restaurant options around the hotel. I highly suggest The Row for breakfast. Delicious!

We used the shuttle service except for one time. It was taking too long so we got an Uber cab which was very cheap to get downtown ($4.00)

We loved spending a hot afternoon in the rooftop pool. It was clean and not overly crowded. Oh and had some fun music playing.

There are so many hotels in Nashville all of which are high priced but I really feel the Courtyard Marriott - Vanderbilt is the best bang for your buck!

Room Tip: The higher up you are, the quieter it will be!
