My teen boys thought by the Nascar branding on this park that these Go-Karts would be the fast ones, especially since you need to be 16 to ride on one of the tracks. You can't really see from the outside, and it's pay one price for a bracelet, so you can stay as long as you like. Everything is expensive in Pigeon Forge, (including their tax), cost us $82 for 3 kids. Meh...they were average. Probably more fun for younger children. My 6 yr. old had a blast going on Kiddie Carnival rides, and 2 Go-Kart tracks she was big enough to drive. They did let them go around quite a few times, before having to load and unload. They have 8 tracks (nothing spectacular about any of them), some carnival rides, (Frog Hopper, Semi-truck train, tea cups, scrambler, carousel, tilt-a-whirl) and Mini-Golf included, and Bumper cars and and Arcade inside for an additional cost. Lines took up to 30 mins to get on, but it was Spring Break so it was busy at most places. Kids could have fun (with one parent) while some of your group shops next door at Tanger Outlets.

Hi Andrea, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed some of the details of your visit. Yes, we have NASCAR in the name but we pride ourselves on being a park that allows families to race together. Because of that, our go-kart tracks vary in length, difficulty and speed. For example, Family 500 allows younger children and adults to race together, so it runs at a slower pace than The Intimidator, which is geared for teens and adults. We appreciate the honest feedback and will pass it along to our management team. Thank you!

Always visit Nascar SpeedPark with nearly each visit. This time they were not very efficient loading and unloading the cars. We started our experience around 11:00 on Saturday morning, stayed till 4:00pm. Was able to only ride 4 tracks. This is normally a great value at under $30.00 for unlimited rides, this time was the exception. Never the less, we will return next year and hope things are improved.

Hi Karl, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and being one of our loyal fans. Our area is seeing unprecedented traffic for spring break this year. Which is amazing. Unfortunately many of the businesses in our community rely on the high schools and colleges to help us fill available jobs and when school is in session during the shoulder season, we need more adult workers. The pandemic is still affecting our ability to hire these adult workers. Again, we apologize for the long waits and look forward to seeing you again next year! Thank you.

The grandkids enjoyed the nascar park. They were very understaffed. They should appreciate the employees they do have because they were great even though they were doing jobs of 2 or 3 people. Some things were shut down and not running . It was still fun and a good time for the money.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Yes, sadly we are understaffed. The pandemic is still affecting our ability to fully hire enough adults during the shoulder season when the high schools are colleges are in session. We appreciate the kind words for our team members. They have been working incredibly hard under difficult circumstances. Thank you!

The business philosophy is obviously to limit how much each customer can do. Even when the park is slow, it can be an extended wait between rides.

In the kids’ area...Richard is awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. And we're sorry if you feel like we're trying to limit what our guest can do. Unfortunately we're facing two big issues because of the pandemic: an increased number of visitors to the Smokies and a lack of available people who can work in our county. Please know that our team has been working hard over the last year to try to juggle this to the best of our ability. We appreciate the kind words for Richard. Your comments will be passed along to our management team so that he can be recognized. Thank you.
