I loved my stay here at the Eleven Inn. Our bed was brand new, everything was clean and well appointed at such a bargain price! Not FANCY, don't get me wrong but very nice, especially for the price!! The owners were so nice and recommended restaurants and places to go look at the starry sky. Being able to park almost right in front of our room made loading and unloading easy!

When I made the reservation I made a mistake and gave the wrong date but right day. The owner was extremely accommodating in getting a room ready for us when we arrived, a night before expected. It had been raining for several days so the parking lot was flooded but we were allowed to park near the office. This is a family run, laid back, older motel, in a remote small town, a nice change from big city chain hotels. Mr. Smith is a wealth of knowledge. He told us where everything was & helped to make sure we had all we needed. The rooms are clean & quaint, motel was occupied by friendly oil workers. Unfortunately the State Park was closed and due to the rain we couldn't cookout or have a fire but we made the best of it. Jo's a small barn that serves as a restaurant across the street had awesome brisket tacos and cold Lone Star Beer!

Stayed one night en-route to Terlingua. The owners are kind and took trouble to explain about the area, where to eat etc.

Lovingly maintained this historic Motel retains great character. My room was huge with a great bathroom.

The motel is classic old style, like taken out of an old movie. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the air condition worked great. Our room had a fridge that worked great.
We were there to go swimming in the Spring and just relax for a few days. The hotel has a little lawn area with a fire pit that we relaxed by at night making smores with the children, it was great!
Elleven Inn is a great base to be at for going all around the area, we went to Marfa, Fort Davis, and Alpine on day trips.
We definitely would like to go back for another relaxing stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 11, it has two queen sized beds that were comfortable. The room was also bigger than the children's room (room 3).

We were driving cross country and getting tired. Looking for nice little hotels that were off the usual highway access road. Called them up around 7PM and they had one room left that they said they would hold for us. So glad they did. We were on our way home from vacation and this place made it feel like we were still on vacation. So glad we found them. Perfect little getaway spot. Fantastic, charming old buildings. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The Inn Keepers are super cool and sweet people.

The only issue was that it was so cool, I didn't want to go to sleep. I just wondered around the grounds to check everything out. Sat at the campfire and watched the stars. Talked to the other people staying there.

Coming back soon so we can check out the park as well. Will be back for sure.

Room Tip: Restaurants in town close around 8 or 9 so eat on the way or plan accordingly.
