We visited Galveston for a weekend in March and went to Millers on a Friday morning for breakfast. There was a short wait, even on a week day in march so I can't imagine what it is like on the weekend during the busy season. The food was amazing. My husband's favorite part of the trip was Millers and he's mentioned it several times.
