We had a group of 30 for lunch at Willie G's. We had called ahead several days to let them know we were coming and called that morning to let them know the exact number. They were really not staffed to handle that many. We only had two waiters for the whole group. Service was very slow. I had the red fish with a crawfish and crab topping. It was tasty but it was dried out. THe lemon sauce that was supposed to be on top was cooked into the crab and crawfish topping which probably added to the problem.
I think the food would have been excellent if they had not been preparing for so large a group.
