My husband go with a group of friends on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month when Billy Keeble plays there at Theo's. They have great food and we enjoy dancing to Bully's music. Good service, good food, good drinks and fun dancing. No wild crowd...just a group of people that enjoy visiting, eating and dancing.

Used to visit with colleagues for lunch. Food was inconsistent and I always left smelling like I'd been locked in a closet, smoking.

While visiting family in Grand Prairie, they took us to Theo's for chicken fried chicken steak ... a speciality there. The place is older ... even outdated on some levels but the locals that frequent there could care less. There is a friendliness of the staff that makes a patron feel like you are at a home for dinner. The chicken friend chicken was good and the sides were generous as well ... but it isn't gourmet cooking. This is a place that loves the grease and they fry almost everything. They even have the sweet tea to go with it. The place was bustling when we were there and we were told by our family that it is always busy. People come for this type of food fare and are loyal to eat there. If you are from that area or visiting that area, this might be a good spot. However, if you are just "passing through" there might be better options. This is definitely a local business ... no corporate anything behind it ... just fried food and good service.

There are only a few places left that are not the cookie cutter chains. Theo's is a home town favorite that has been here for many years. Original drive on the east side of town and the grill and bar onthec west side are both good. We always enjoy coming here, the food is good and the service is friendly. Brought our son and grandson for dinner and had a great time.

Thank Gary S
