Our second visit and as expected the food and service were good. It is expensive. I had steak and shrimp combo. The kids really enjoyed sounds and screaming. Will return again

I’ve never been to one of these because I always knew I’d be paying out the nose for subpar food just because they have some animatronic gorillas, and I was right. We were seated for at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us even though every table around ours was actively being tended. The prices are beyond ridiculous. My daughter and I shared their appetizer platter and had soda/tea. The food was not good and with tip (cause I’m nice) our ticket was $35. That’s for a SHARED appetizer platter and drinks. If the food had at least tasted good, I wouldn’t be complaining. I will never go to another one of these again.

We decided to stop in and eat before walking the mall. The atmosphere is wonderful while the food leaves something to be desired. We couldn't decide on a particular appetizer so we settled for the medley (which is $18.99!!!). For my entree, I went with the turkey club which was actually really good, but the pasta my husband had was not; nor the kid shrimp plate my daughter had.
Now we can say we tried it, but will definitely not be returning.

This is a conflicting review because the kids LOVE IT so I would give it 5 starts just because they get excited to go and the jungle atmosphere is perfect for the young members of the family. Kids meals are ok.

But from a dining experience I would give it 3 stars. The food is average and over priced and the staff are about what you’d expect at a kids restaurant. If the food quality was improved I’m sure I’d visit more often but we only go as a special treat for the kids because let me tell you it is not a special treat for the adults. To be fair everything about it is AVERAGE. Average food, average service and average variety. Nothing here is bad, but nothing is impressive either.

Don’t bother without kids, but if you do have them definitely go because they will LOVE the animals and well the food will get them fed.
