We were on the road heading north from San Antonio and saw Mary Sue's Diner review on a different platform. We swung on around and through a neighborhood per the directions and pulled up to a Valero gas station. Connected was the diner. We almost said . . . nah. But, we were hungry. Glad we decided to stay. Had a good breakfast. Huevos Rancheros and Migas. Both were very good! The owner was there but had no help. She served, cooked and cleaned. Luckily we were the only people there.
Hoping this place hangs in there. Food is worth the stop. Very fresh!
