I travel to Houston several weeks a month and eat here at least once every trip. Huge slice of pizza and a salad for a great price.

When ordering my food, during my sentences I forgot to insert one time the word PLEASE and just requested the food. The attendant reprehend me 3 times because of this mistakes in front of other customers. After contacting the store manager and the franchise manager nothing was done, and what I understood is that was my fault. Think 2x when eating here.
We picked up two pies to go. Had a beer while we waited and exchanged some nice banter with the staff and another couple. Nice beer selection. The pizza was great. Very nice crust, not too cheesy, nice toppings. I'd eat here again if I was back in Katy.
They overcooked my pizza and the dough was thin and burnt. But the waitress explain that as a crispy special square pizza. It was the worst pizza I ever had in my life, honestly and I am 56 years old!!!!!!!!
First if you order take-out for lunch, there is no room for you to stand and wait for your order to come out and you can barely hear the person call your name. 2nd while my co-worker got a giant Calzone for $10 I decided to try to eat healthy and ordered salad and soup for $20. I got the Chicken Penne Pasta salad and it was horrible. I paid $13 for this and it had no flavor. The chicken and the pesto sauce did not taste good. It also doesn't have regular lettuce - it had a bunch of small chopped not ripe tomatoes and cucumbers. I was expecting a yummy salad like a Cafe Express delicious salad and it was not anything good. Also I got tortellini soup. I asked when I was ordering, what was the best soup and they told me it was the tortellini so if that is the case, the other soups must be horrible as well. I don't even know how to explain how bad it was. They had chicken in it that was dry. The flavor of the soup was not flavorful, kind of just like plain broth out of a carton with no salt - this is truly what it tasted like. The tortellini in the soup hardly had any flavor as well. I would definitely stick to just the pizza and calzone here. They don't make good healthy food. I had to eat a piece of candy to get the yuck taste out of my mouth.
