First of all we got there late or else we would not have even stayed the night! We chose this place instead of our "usual" pre-flight place only because our friends that we were going on vacation were already booked there. We thought the shuttle to the airport and parking were going to be free, but only the shuttle was. We accidentally booked through "a 3rd party" and not directly with the hotel, so we were charged for parking, $6 per day. ok - my bad, so we went up to our room which upon entry was more like a "No-Tell, Mo-Tel" - I promise the pictures posted online are extremely misleading. As we entered the room, there was a very distinct smell of urine, but only on one side of the bed. The bathroom toilet appeared to be empty of such waste. I sat on the bed and it was like sitting on a concrete bench. The bathroom functioned properly, but as I washed my hands I noticed that one of the hand towels were visibly dirty! We will never stay there again, and I would not encourage anyone else to either.

Room Tip: I will NEVER stay here again, but if you MUST and you want free parking while at the airport, book directly with this hotel.

Overall stay was great. It is hard to find if your not from that area. Had a great choice of breakfast foods for the family.

We have stayed here multiple times using the park and fly deal, but they double charged us to our credit card and did nothing to resolve it, even though we had a receipt of our purchase vs what we were charged on our credit card statement. We called 3 times asking to speak to a manager (never was available conveniently) and went to the desk upon returning from our trip to pick up our car and they refused to address the matter. Completely horrible way to conduct business.

The staff have gone above and beyond to help us during our stay. We spent a night either side of our trip to Mexico and during that mid period we had a number of packages shipped to the hotel. The staff kindly stored all our deliveries and extra luggage until we returned.
We had a small room for our first night but on our second booking they upgraded our family and the room was perfect. We really appreciate the friendly help especially from John & Shivani. Thank you for all you did, our family had a great stay!
