This is the best Tex-Mex food in Katy. The cheese enchiladas are just about perfect.
Tortillas are fresh, light and fluffy, perfect texture. The desert Sopaipilla's are wonderful as well, soft not crunchy, you can order only two which is nice.
The service is always great, never had an off night yet, drinks refilled, food brought to table piping hot. If there ever is an issue they take care of it right away with no hassle or embarrassing questions.
This place gets loud on the weekends as it has an open floor plan and can get quite crowded. You have to speak up if you want to be heard by others in your party. The place is rather small so if you go at peak times expect a wait of 30 mins or more.
The only thing that is a slight blemish on Tony's is they just don't do breakfast that well. I skip that and go for the great Tex-Mex combo plates. Nice portions, usually enough to take home.
