Daily specials for lunch. Thursday's King Ranch Chicken Casserole is my favorite. Reasonable prices with super friendly waitresses. Best homemade pies in town.

Everyone said get their early! We arrived at 11:15. Already crowded for the lunch run. A favorite place for the cops in town. So you know it's GOOD! Our chicken fried steak was tender. The pies...out of this world. Ask for your pie early, they go fast. Awesome food!!!

Remember growing up and your parents would tell you that you will ruin you dinner if you eat something before. Well at Cast Iron Grill you better get your desert before you get to your table, they may be all gone. Best Desserts in the 806. This place is a must if you are in the HUB during the week. Great home cooking with the West Texas Love Your Neighbor attitude. You can not beat the lunch specials as well as the burgers. Save room in your belly for some pie. They are all great. Do not forget to order your holiday desserts from the Cast Iron Grill. Love this place...

This was our first visit traveling 3 hours and arriving for lunch. We were seated immediately and ordered a slice of the cherry banana split pie first thing! It was so delicious! We ordered the chicken fried steak - one with cream gravy and one with the green chile gravy - and it was the best we had eaten in awhile. The green chile gravy was just as good as the cream gravy. Sides of mashed potatoes and corn were yummy! Service was cheerful and accommodating. We will definitely visit again when in area or may just on a whim make the drive again for the pie and CFS!

We stopped in here for lunch and we were so pleased. We did a simple soup and salad that came with a piece of cornbread and everything was so good. I ordered mashed potatoes and green beans for my little guy and he devoured them. I love that the waitresses wore cowboy boots and the the ambiance of the whole place made you feel cozy and at home.
