Confirming the other reviews, the grape leaves, juicy and charcoal-grilled chicken "ribs" and fried zucchini are terrific. Dolmades are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, rice and a bit of red pepper, with a lemon sauce, as commonly found in the USA but rarely in Greece. Lemon sauce is bright and the dish is more flavorable than I'm accustomed to with this preparation. Order the chicken ribs and substitute fried zucchini for the potatoes that normally accompany them. Order Greek coffee and "donuts" to end.
Between the English-language menus, generous portions and Greek-American-style dolmades, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner had spent some time in the USA. If so, his taverna beats every Greek restaurant I've visited back home, hands down (for the same or less money).
