What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

this was my second time and as first time it was very good. room nice, good shower and breakfast with spanish speciliaties. also close to a big shopping center with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed on two occasions in October.
Easy to find with GPS. Good parking on the premises.
We had small, quiet rooms on the back side. Good beds and bathroom.
Good air conditioning in the beginning of October, but in the end of the month only heating was available.
Very good breakfast for the money. Friendly staff.
