Fantastic location for Warner, rooms are clean and well equipped. A little small for 4 people but we hardly spent any time in the room so it was fine. Free parking always an added bonus. Lovely fresh breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Being right next to the shopping centre was also great as restaurants stay open late so we could eat there after a day in the park. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The problems are entirely with the property location and quality. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Flat, hard pillows. Bathrooms had 2 rough threadbare small towels, no washcloths, no toiletries except liquid soap, broken hairdryer. Room was poorly ventilated. Lots of road noise and located in a busy parking lot of outlet mall. Entirely smoke free property but smelled like smoke.

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but you get a big bang for your buck. Conveniently located on the way from Madrid airport to Andalucia, it serves its purpose quite well. (Very near the airport, we got in in approx 30 min with no traffic). Parking is easy and plentiful. Our room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The room itself was a bit smallish for 3 people (couch + double bed), but quite decent for 2. The bed was firm and supportive. Bathroom surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. No fancy amenities, but none are really expected in this price range. Very solid breakfast, with a good size breakfast room. A big shopping mall just across the street with plenty of dining options. Some kid entertainment as well - for smaller children. Bonus - there's a Costco in Getafe.
