We went to the Royal Naval Dockyard on a cruise and that is where we docked. We spent 2 and a half days docked there and there is lots to see and do. The Governors house is very interesting but it does take a lot of time to see everything which we did not appreciate. The next time we visit we will make sure to allow more time to see everything. There are shops and bars and restaurants and chemists etc. in that area so everything you need.

It also a great place to get ferry's to other parts of Bermuda.

It is a very pretty area so lots of chances to take great photographs. While we were there even though there were 2 cruise ships in the area did not feel crowded.

We will definetly be going back.

You get off the ship walk to the street and get on the free trolley that brings you all around the dock yard. Stopping numerous locations where you can get off or on it. It stops at all areas of interest. Diamonds int., clock tower mall, Craft center, glass blowing, Bermuda art ctr, swimming area, bars and places to eat.

The "Dockyard" is essentially a dual cruise ship port with many activities and shopping opportunities close by. Most of the attractions are a few minutes walk and there is a free trolley to get you around as well. Choose from five restaurants and many shops or catch a ferry to Hamilton or St. George. Bus service is available to the best beaches about 30 minutes away.

Most of the cruise ships dock in the Royal Naval Dockyard so everything in the area is severely overpriced. Despite this, it is still a very scenic and pleasant area to get lost in for a few hours.

Took our scooters from Warwick to the Dock Yards. Very scenic ride. The Dock Yards are where the Cruise Ships Dock. I referred this as the tourist trap. Most stuff is overpriced. Food was expensive. Nice places to grab some food and sit in one of the many tables around the area. Shop smart. Definitely make your way here to visit.
