We ate a very good meal here. Our issue however was with the bill. The waitress accidentally added a zero to the credit card bill and we ended up paying just over £1000 instead of just over £100. Everyone realised the mistake immediately but the restaurant claimed they were unable to cancel the transaction or provide a refund. They promised to refund the money by bank transfer instead and we accordingly left bank details. The promised refund never arrived and the overpayment was only returned weeks later following lengthy representations to the bank.
