We all travel to locations for the scenery, facilities, weather but this time was made extra special because of the staff. right from the reception to the pool area, the staff are ever so welcoming and always around, although discretely, to cater to your every needs and fancy. Special thanks to Mario, Adama and Irina at the Prestige Suites reception for everything.
Resort wise- location is very good, quiet and away from the trashy crowds. Although there is no beach attached to the hotel, the nearest sandy beach Santa Ponsa is only 10 minutes downhill walk and is beautiful and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby so you are spoilt for choice.
The pools are amazing, Prestige level suites are great but we still spent a lot of time by the main pool which was equally good. The place is quiet and relaxing. No loud guests around.
Rooms are decent sized and nearly all are sea facing.
The all inclusive was very good with sumptuous and tasty food. There are ample activities including zumba and biking. An on site boat company runs regular trips to a nearby snorkeling island which is highly recommended.
Con - i felt it was slightly overpriced compared to other places on the island.More
