Small and not ideal parking but it’s just fine for a quick overnight trip. People friendly and it’s pet friendly. The rooms were clean and it’s across the street from the Rockport Harbour. The place and location worth the money we spent.

We stayed in this hotel mid-February. I was unable to find a telephone number to call the motel directly, so make the reservation via another site. The facility was as advertised with one exception.
When a motel advertises "Pet Friendly, " I look for two things. Up front statement of additional costs if brining a pet (reason we often stay at LqQuinta where there is not additional charge.) Also, we look for a place where pets can relieve themselves.

At this motel, I was informed at check-in that the charge for our two small dogs was $10/night for a total of $40 for our two night stay.

There was no place on property cleaned up and available to walk the dogs late at night. During the day, we were able to walk across the street to the city park. There is a little area at the end of the units but it was full of weeds, trash and cigarette butts. Not where I want to take my dogs.

Otherwise, the room was clean, and as advertised.

Room tip: Nice views of harbor, good place to walk in city park across the street. As for end unit toward harbor, if available.

If you're looking for an affordable basic room, this is it. Room not at all fancy but incredibly clean! The housekeeping staff was the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever experienced---and I normally stay in Marriotts and Hiltons. Again, nothing fancy---but clean and close to beach. Quiet, too. Will stay again.

This is great place to stay when you're visiting Rockport. The property staff is very helpful. Property is in a great location, just a few small blocks North of downtown Rockport's main attractions/shops and across the street from the harbor. The property and rooms are clean and show little signs of wear; bed was very comfortable. All in all, a great value for the price / location / quality. Recommended.
