We sat on the back patio and it was nice. The food was good, but our waiter didn’t have it all together. It took quite awhile to get our order taken, but the food came pretty quick. It was a nice place and not crowded.

We were impressed with the up-scale food, drinks, service and atmosphere. While there was a specific Saturday brunch menu at the time we were there, the waiter informed us that anything on the lunch and dinner menu were also available. The avocado and crab meat appetizer was excellent. I highly recommend ordering the large dish beef rib (with poached egg) meal from the Saturday brunch menu. If you are so inclined, their Brunchy Mary cocktail was a cut above a typical Bloody Mary served at most other establishments. Not only our server, but all the servers were smiling, helpful, and actually enjoyed providing quality service to their customers. We'll absolutely return, probably for dinner the next time.

This restaurant is a sleeper in Tyler. The decor is beautiful. The host and waiters were very well trained. We loved the food and the ambiance. My husband is a Caesar salad snob and he loved this one. The arugula, apple, and celery salad was so fresh and original. The mosaic wood burning pizza produces a great crunchy pizza with thin crust. Our wine was mis-priced on the menu but they honored the published price. I very rarely give 5 stars, but this restaurant is a very cool locally-owned restaurant. You get what you pay for in quality.

It depends on what you order, and I'm still looking for that perfect mix of great food and good value for that price. My veal Parmesan was good, but not as good as let's say Bernard's, yet costs more at VV. My friends chicken Parm he compared more to Olive Garden. Great location, nice atmosphere and great people, I especially like the bar area, where you can order dinner as well. With those entrée prices, they need to exceed the flavor and pizzazz of their competitors, it needs to be delicious.
