Had a great brunch today. The choices were fresh, the entries came out fast, and the food was delicious. Look for innovative fun choices on new menus for the season I'm told.

Sept. 12, 2017 The former owners of Hoover's served great quality, good food. Unfortunately, when the business was sold, the new owner has not lived up to the former owner's standard.

Our group ate at Hoover's under new management and found the fried food to very greasy and tasted like it was fried in old grease. The fries were limp with grease, and the scones also were quite greasy. The ones who had the chicken tenders said they tasted like they had been in the freezer too long before being cooked. The hamburger one person had was 1 step up from McDonald's. The salad bar was "adequate".

The consensus of each person in our group is not to return to this restaurant.

Pretty chill spot with outdoor seating in the shade, nice view and music. We went rafting with the company across the street, All Day Rafting, and they recommended this spot. Did not disappoint. Mike, the chef, makes everything fresh with his own twist. All 6 of us were very happy with our dish and appetizers. Most of us ordered the Country Fried Steak. Leave room for the Honey Buns! WoW!

Great food in central Utah on the Scenic Byway 89, also just off I-70. Generous portions of food. We had the daily special of three Angus beef sliders with spinach aioli and special hamburger sauce and home cut fries with fry sauce. The salad bar comes with a delicious scone(so much for trying to be healthy). Noticed many beer options and ice cream. Great destination stop on a road trip.

I first stopped at Hoover's ( not Hooter's) on scenic Highway 89 in Utah two years ago. I order the Patriot Burger and was amazed how good it was. Piled high with fresh cooked bacon and onion rings, smothered in a great BBQ sauce, two bites in I told my wife it was the best burger ever. The place itself is not all that fancy, but the outside seating is nice on a weekday, when highway traffic is at a minimum, and the eating area is covered. I took my daughter today, and after her first bite, she it was the best burger she has ever had.
