Make sure that you make your reservations through the front desk at the hotel and NOT through their Rservation System. The reservation system messed up and did NOT get our reservations correct and/or did not pass the correct information the Hotel (Zermatt Resort and Spa Hotel)

Was impressed at the atmosphere and service especially since they dug out my vehicle during a snow storm. We were celebrating our 32 anniversary and scheduling to check out was easy and without issues.

I have to agree with you, the atmosphere is impressive especially when it is snow covered. There is just something about how we are nestled against the Wasatch Back.

Hot tub not working for entirety of stay. Staff “didn’t know” or was frustrated when we would ask if and when it would be up and running.
Fire alarms went off in error first morning.
Dirty floors, dilapidated and outdated rooms. Smelly areas with cracked water damaged ceilings. Pool area is a disgrace. Parking lot was not maintained and vehicles were buried in snow. Walkways buried in snow as well.
Issues with billing. The front desk person did not know why the bill was high. Issue with shuttle service. I made reservation for the shuttle. I was told to get down from the shuttle to accommodate someone else
Stayed there one night in middle of white out snow storm. Mom was comfortable and warm, although a little dated. Next night we moved to hotel nearer our destination (Heber). Front desk staff was very helpful, although no one would answer phone on guest services line from room.
The power went out for over four hours. We couldn’t get into our rooms. The rooms were dark with no heat and we couldn’t use any facilities and we paid a ton of money to stay with our family. The hotel didn’t help at all. The parking lot was a huge hazard. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone
