This is a good place to eat to satisfy everyone's need while in Monroe Utah. It's nothing unusual, but they have a little bit of everything.

They have the creamiest, most delectable shakes in the whole WORLD! I always order a cherry/marshmallow shake, beer-batter fries, and a cheesy bacon burger (sometimes they even put bleu cheese on it if I ask sweetly). The deco is 1950's drive in diner, and outside is an awe inspiring backdrop of Cove Mountain.

Bullies is a Monroe tradition. Their best item is their shakes (any flavor is delicious!), followed by their patty melts and onion rings. If you're not from Utah, be sure to at least try their fry sauce. I'm not a big fan of their salads, but they are very American--iceberg lettuce and very traditional. Everything is cooked to order and fresh. Solid, tasty American food with no frills. Inexpensive but good.

Cheeseburgers, tater tots, and a chocolate shake with a cherry on top. How could you go wrong! The food was simple and fresh, and the two women who worked there were lovely and welcoming. Such a fun road trip stop after a great night at the Monroe Inn down the street.

Gotta say that sodas are really cheap in the area. They won't stick you $2.50 for a large one. I got the turkey sandwich, including bacon and toppings for about $6. The choco shake was good, although the gal forgot to make it before we finished. Give this place a try... on the way to or from the hot springs
