You come to this hotel for a view to a Monument Valley so make sure you get the room with a balcony. We stayed only one night, room was nice, clean and cosy and the monuments looks beautiful in the sunset. Unfortunately the sunrise was cloudy so didn't get the best view, but worth it anyway. Be aware that even if you stay at the hotel you have to pay the park entrance fee, it was $20 for two of us.
We had a dinner in the restaurant (only option unless you leave the park), we took the "sample platter" and some local bread with honey. Very good simple food, no gourmet but we were happy. Breakfast was also good, only thing that it was suppose to start at 7 but when we got in a little after, half of the hot food were still not ready.
If you want to have a closer look for the monuments, you can take a drive in the area. But be aware that the road is bumpy, so proper SUV is highly recommended. There's also some rides arranged in the area with the "sightseeing " vehicle.
