This location far exceeded my expectation. The staff, decor and accommodations were all well functional and made my getaway spectacular! I could have stayed forever. The hot chocolate was amazing. They spared no expense on the details of the lodging and amenities.

Bed is comfortable. Room is okay. There is no food service on site. Location is great. We own HGVC so came on a promotion. I would advise anyone against buying this time share. Overpriced and a pain to use.

We stayed at the Sunrise Lodge on October 24th through the 27th. It was great having a heated pool and a comfortable jacuzzi because it actually snowed the first day we were there. The room met all our expectations and we never had to touch the thermostat - it was set at 70. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. We stayed in a very quiet wing of the hotel, the Berk building. I highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely terrible. Hard to believe a Hilton. Room marginal. Screen door fallen off and discarded on deck. Loud. Patches on wall. Markings on bathroom wall ehhh. No recognition of Diamond member. No water. Charge for parking. Will never return

Cold showers, walking up to the people staying above you, rude front desk staff, mediocre concierge. If you love all those things then stay here. The only good thing about this place is the friendly cleaning staff and welcoming valet. Oh and I guess the convince of being close to the tourist attractions.

The property was nice, but their policies were not. They only clean your room if you stay five days, and their check out time is 10:00 am, and the staff was rude about it. I've never heard of such a thing. I'm not sure how many rooms they have, I'm guessing quite a few, and they only have one ice machine. Also their shuttle only runs on the hour until 10:00 pm. As long as the days were, we were getting back to the room late and by the time we got showered it was to late for the shuttle. Oh, also there was a note on the air conditioner saying it was out of service. I will be looking elsewhere next time.
