Unfriendly front agent told us no upgrades were available, when they were, and only after calling the customer service agent, they offered them to us for more money than the difference in room rates. The breakfast buffet looked like a tornado had hit it, so we ordered a la carte which took 30min to arrive after we had already waited 15min to order. No place for skis, no shuttle bus, dirty hallways, first and last time at that hotel.

Perfect location to easily access transit system, which travels quickly and efficiently to slopes. The staff at the Double Tree was fabulous— especially front desk crew and Monika at the snack shop… they all went above and beyond to assist us through the week.
The DoubleTree Park City provided for a great experience as my husband and I traveled from NY to OR and wanted to make a quick snowboarding/skiing excursion in Park City. We were able to walk to the mountain but could have taken a free bus if we preferred. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed to include an excellent fitness center, game room, heated outdoor pool, daily free appetizers in the lobby and free Hilton cookies! Our visit was exceptionally grand because of the wonderful customer service, specifically from Mike at the front desk. Extremely kind and knowledgeable individual who helped us with anything we needed. He truly cared about our dog and sent us on the remainder of our road trip with some extra waters, cookies, and treats for our pup. Thanks Mike for making our Park City experience phenomenal!
Never felt the urge to write a review but this hotel is spectacular when it comes to customer service. Mike was the sweetest host. Hours after check-in, he knew all of us by name. Audra and Manuel were great too and so patient with the many ins and outs into their ski equipment storage. This will be our Park City hotel from now on!
Fantastic customer service. Mike at the front desk absolutely went the extra mile helping us out at check in. He was so kind and hospitable. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful too. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Park City.
In my visit to Park City over Thanksgiving I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager of the Doubletree, Mike. He was extremely helpful and made our stay there an absolute pleasure. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and suggested great restaurants and activities for my family while staying there over the holiday. I would highly recommend staying at the Doubletree in Park city in the future because of their great staff including Mike.
