No cockroaches, no dirty sheets, no disgusting carpet. The Bonneville Inn offers a comfortable bed in a quiet part of town at a very reasonable budget rate. $45 for three adults, two queen size beds. I think that is pretty good value for money.
The room had obviously been renovated. Newish carpet, painted feature wall with pictures relative to the Bonneville area, bathroom looked like new tile floor. Fridge and microwave in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower worked very well, as did the heating.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Like others, we were "walk-ins" after a long drive from Sacramento, California. I must admit, on first look the outside is in dire need of a make-over - weeds growing in the empty pool, cars with flat tires in the parking lot, and a few windows with duct tape holding them together, but our room was a little gem. The owners are in the process of fixing the place up.
