We decided to try this restaurant now that it's under new ownership and called Echo.
The physical appearance is pretty much the same, having two separate dining areas. Our personal preference is to not sit on the side that includes the kitchen, which we have found to be noisy and hot when we've eaten here before. We prefer the bar side sitting up on the raised section in back as it's a bit quieter. The menu has a nice variety of items from appetizers, to salads, sides, sandwiches, main courses and desserts. There's a full bar as well. Service was prompt, friendly, and helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to order. The food arrived fairly quickly and was very tasty. You can order on the light side or order a pretty substantial dinner. Several of the menu items come a la carte so be aware that the add-ons will increase the price of your meal. Considering it was a Tuesday evening, I thought the restaurant was rather busy, which is good for Brattleboro businesses! We would definitely eat here again.
