It is definitely and upscale hotel. The room was just fine from all perspectives. Were the hotel really shines is with all of the common areas which are upscale. There was one little burble in that the purchase agreement said that breakfast was included but it was not recognized at the restaurant. Fortunately the front desk was able to quickly fix the issue.

the hotel is very close to the airport. we reached very late at night but the check in was smooth and fast. the rooms are good. the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. while the hotel is slightly away from the city centre but they have a free shuttle.and we did not use a cab during our stay. we just hopped on to the shuttle anytime we wanted. the breakfast was simple yet good. very good stay

This was from the most accommodating hotel experiences we have ever experienced together as a family travelling with young children! Especially, since we were unfortunately stopping on the way to a funeral further up north and every little thing that made the trip easier meant so much. The staff, most specifically Emily and Janna, went above and beyond, and out of their way, to make our stay as smooth and special as can possibly be. We felt so taken care of and comfortable with all of our special requests met and such specific care attended to every detail of our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, super clean and is a pleasure to enjoy its relaxing atmosphere and public spaces. The larger room and club access we were so graciously given was super comfortable and nice! This is a property that definitely knows how to hire the right people and for that alone deserves a five star rating! Thank you Emily and Janna!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. Hotel has free shuttle to and from airport and downtown area which was only 1-2 miles away. Ran until 12am daily. Hotel was super clean with beautiful pool and fitness center. Rooms were clean, comfy and even included 2 free bottles of water. Breakfast was not included though, only to higher point members. If you wanted to purchase it was 19 a person!! However, there is a Dunkin Donuts and other places near by to eat at. Overall would love to stay here again!

Room Tip: Over looked indoor pool, was very nice.

Starting with the Bad; we had to go to the Vermont Hospital for a few problems we had, yes, the both of us. As much as we hate the hospital experience, here comes the good.

Ah, ha, we can stay overnight at our favorite hotel, the Burlington Sheraton Hotel!

Home away from home, we got to see our friends, Paulette, the charmer in the VIP Club lounge, Dan, one of the nicest people on earth who was talked out of retirement by the new general manager Peter Engard, not only a very smart man but handsome too.  I can say that, I am going to be 86 on 02/03/17.

We had a wonderful time at our one night stay, blew our hurts away from our hospital encounter; thanks to the Sheraton Burlington we drove away with smiles on our faces.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the 4th floor (Club Lounge)
