Great little find. You order at the counter and they bring your order to your table. The chorizo omelette was the best I ever had.

Another great lunch time meal provided by Firebird! Quality ingredients, lots of flavor, quick turnaround. Outdoor picnic tables allow for some fresh air too.

Firebird is our go to for Saturday mornings! The kiddos love their pancakes and breakfast sandwiches and I love the breakfast burrito (and the breakfast sandwiches and the coffee!). The team at Firebird is always super friendly.

Met my son and granddaughter here for breakfast. Granddaughter had a huge pancake with sausage and scrambled eggs. All were served quickly and were cooked well and delicious. my son and I tried their pork omelet with home fries and their poblano omelet with homefries as well and with the addition of chorizo sausage in the poblano omelet. These omelets were some of the best I have seen or tasted. The cook knew how to make omelets because these were high on the plate, fluffy and light and held together well. I would have prefered larger pieces of poblano rather than the chopped version, but the taste was terrific. The chorizo was exceptional. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is tiny. No frills, but the food is amazing! The chorizo egg benedict alone is worth the trip to Vermont.
