Fire and Ice offers a huge salad bar in an old boat as a focal point of the restaurant. With a variety of themed rooms (college room, library, train car), there's a wealth of history to enjoy during your meal. With the elaborate salad bar and extensive menu of delectable steaks, seafood, and lighter fare, Fire and Ice offers a dining experience you'll remember for a long time... and long to return to again and again.

We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the wide variety at the salad bar, plus a large well-prepared tuna appetizer. The atmosphere is best described as an old wooden lodge for outdoorsman, yet not too rustic. A good place for families, friends and picky eaters (pretty good variety on the menu).

Been their a few times, never anything special- staff is good. Lots of junk on the walls to take your mind off the very average food. Over priced --- ehhh

You could make a meal off the salad alone. Food and service was good. I had the fettuccini with chicken and my friend had a burger. Both were outstanding.

This restaurant had a very unique atmosphere. There were a number of different rooms and each one was decorated beautifully and differently. Even the restrooms were decorated. 4 of us went into the ladies room and it took forever for us to come out because everything on the walls was so interesting.

The food was very good, although I think it was a bit pricey. It was interesting that even though we didn't get the salad bar with our food we were invited to go there for bread, cheese and milk. So we did sample. At the end of the meal we were too full for dessert, but we were still invited to the salad bar for carrot cake. We did not take advantage of that.

We were seated promptly. The waitress was very friendly and provide excellent service.

We were dressed casually, but there were others in the restaurant who were more dressed up.

We would visit this restaurant again if we were in the area.
