The first person we met was Monica ( I believe an assistant mgr) She is the total package of customer service representing a company. We loved the ease of checking in, the personal attention and the very clean lobby. So happy after a 6 hour drive to be able to get a cup of coffee in the lobby area, nicely equipped with tea and flavored creamers and of course sanitizing wipes at the ready for their guests.

We had a "special" request and although we know there are never any guarantees, Monica helped to make it a reality. Great to find our room was so clean and fresh, the bedding looked so inviting like we just wanted to snuggle into it and take a well deserved nap after a long drive.

If you are concerned about clean, this is the place for you. It was a real bonus to see Monica inspecting rooms as well, that tells us they are serious about taking measures to keep things up to snuff.

My wife, a chronic insomniac had 2 of the best nights sleeps here. That should speak volumes about the overall comfort of the bedding.

The main street is very nice with storefronts to browse through. Parking was validated by the hotel for a discounted rate when parking in the mulit-level parking garage around the corner.

Our daughter lives in the area and happy to say we found a new place to stay. We highly recommend this hotel

I stay at this hotel every time I am in St. Albans. I love the staff, they are all so professional and just a nice group of people. The rooms are always spotless. The beds are comfortable, the Wifi is fast and anything I ask for is available. I will definitely continue to stay here.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was very nice. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. It is in a convenient location in town and there was plenty of convenient covered parking.
