We eat at SoLo at least once a season when we are up here skiing at Stratton and were lucky enough to visit again when we had a weekend up in the fall. The food is so consistently good and inventive, using locally sourced products, prepared in delicious and creative ways. Local cheeses are featured as an appetizer, as well as lovely terrines and tonight, a light Tete de Cochon Croquetta. We were delighted by the lemon-infused ricotta stuffed mushroom and kale ravioli, and the gently grilled atlantic halibut with a curried summer vegetable puree - just perfect for a crisp fall evening. Save room for the most amazing, mouth-watering desserts in surprising combinations.
