If you've not been to Hob Nobs this ski season then you've really missed out. We ate there Saturday night, which I think was their last evening of restaurant opening during the winter.
Both the hostess and waitress were charming and attentive, they had good knowledge of the food, what was in it and how it was prepared and cooked.
The starter and the main dishes were tasty with a special mention to the Rib Eye Pork which was superb. We were so full a desert was out of the question which was a shame as the menu included fudge cake and tiramisu.
This is surely one of Stowes best restaurants.
