So, credit where it is due: the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new and clean and well appointed for the price you're paying. There are a few weird things, the bathroom had no fan and the shower made a lot of noise when you stepped in it (looks like a cheap bath fitter over an older tub). Also, why spend all this money on upgrading your hotel with brand new furniture but leave a crusty old showerhead in the bathroom? Not terrible, just odd.

Unfortunately no hotel, no matter how friendly and clean, can receive more than 3 stars without working wifi. I was at this hotel for a week and never got better than .5 mbps of download speed. I ended up having to set my cell phone up as a hotspot just to get work done (which isn't cheap). Staff was apologetic but otherwise unable to help.

So in short it's an OK hotel that could do much better with some simple investments.

Stayed here for a quick weekend away skiing/snowshoeing with kids and friends.
The good: Our room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of options for breakfast, which was nice. Parking was plentiful and nearby. Kids liked the pool.
The not so good (minor issues that would not prevent us from staying here again) : The hotel was HOT. We turned the heat off in our room and still needed to open our window. Bathroom needed at least one, if not two more hooks or bars to hang towels, clothing , etc on.
Overall a nice, clean hotel in a good location.

For someone who regularly travels for business, I found this hotel to be exceptional. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for an excellent value! Very clean rooms, great service and even included breakfast. Will definitely be going back next time we travel to Vermont.

The hotel was lovely for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel has updated decor. Breakfast was good, there were even gluten-free options. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable..
The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible to highway and other locations.
The downside was check in was at 3:00pm and our room was only ready at 5:00. The heat in the room was stuck at 80 and the Internet was extremely slow.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the elevator

Traveled with my good friend and our 2 sons this past weekend. First the bad: we booked for a certain price, our price when we got there was $40 more. The 2 girls at the front desk didn't know why, we would have to speak to,the manager, who wasn't there at the time. We didn't get to speak to her until our 2nd night there. She explained it was $20 per night for incidentals, it would be taken off the credit card upon checkout. Why did the 2 ladies at the front desk not know this? Seems like a common practice they should have been familiar with. Also, check in time is 3:00, our room wasn't ready until 5. We got there at 4:30 thinking we'd go right to our room. Not a huge inconvenience, but we were wiped out from the drive and the hike we took to kill time. Two other negatives: the internet is very spotty, and the room was 80degrees! We kept the fan on the whole stay.
Positives: the manager was fantastic and so friendly, she asked us what we had done in the area and gave us suggestions. The room was great, 2 comfortable beds, a comfortable pull out couch, a small kitchenette, desk, 2 tv's- much nicer than we expected. Very clean as well, no complaints there.
Breakfast was fine, as expected. Scrambles eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, pancakes- plenty to choose from, and constantly being refilled.
So overall, a great stay, just a couple minor inconveniences that wouldn't stop me from rebooking.
